To all Players of the Senior Section,
Below are the notes from the players meeting held on 17/11/2016. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact your players rep.
Training will remain on Wednesdays 7:30 – 9:30
Players have asked for the drills / exercises to have an element of fun to them, this will be added into the session on a regular basis.
It has been suggested to start the players that train; this has been noted and will come into effect immediately.
There will be more specific sessions, but this will rely on numbers.
Once a month we will finish training early to have some food and have a white board session in the club house.
Work more on our communication skills and trust.
It was suggested that forwards are to help set up the pitch whilst the backs are to help put the equipment away after the game. Those that do not help will be in charge of cleaning up both changing rooms. This will come into effect from this Saturday.
Post-match attire is white shirt and club tie (foot wear and jeans/shorts/trousers are optional) for those that are not wearing club tie or white shirt a £2.00 fine will be incurred which will be placed into the social fund. (If you require a club tie see Nutley or club shop)
The Captain in charge of the home team has the responsibility of doing a bus stop after each game. (These are kept behind the bar)
It was suggested that after each game the Sittingbourne teams are to sit and eat together, to reflect on the game. 3 players from each team will be nominated to help with the clearing up of plates etc (this will be done on number order)

It was suggested and agreed that all 1st team players contribute £2.00 a game to help with the costs of the physio and strapping. This now means that physio sessions on a Wednesday are free to all players. This will be collected when we meet so people don’t have to be chased.
